NAME: Sparrow GENDER: Female AGE: 2 years RESIDENCE: Country
APPEARANCE:
PELT COLOR: Light brown MARKINGS: Darker brown tabby markings, cream throat and chest PELT LENGTH: Long and fluffy EYE COLOR: Light amber, almost brown BUILD: Small and wiry OTHER: ---
PERSONALITY:
Sparrow is quite the fun cat to be around, always ready for an adventure. She loves to travel, and while her ‘official’ home is in the country, she does make sure to visit her siblings in both the city and the wilderness quite often. She’s a cat with a lot of spirit, feisty and ready for a fight whenever one might show up. Of course, this attitude doesn’t make her the most prospective mate, but she doesn’t mind; she is certainly not ready to settle down, and wouldn’t mind not having a mate at all. Unfortunately, she doesn’t know how to back down from a threat, too stubborn to leave when she’s obviously at a disadvantage, and it’s only a matter of time before she gets seriously hurt.
Sparrow’s also an outgoing cat, loud and cheerful with any cat she meets. While this isn’t appealing to some cats, if you stick around to become her friend, she’ll support you through anything. She’s loyal to the end and isn’t one to pick sides, either with friends or family. She loves endlessly, and would never dream of betraying someone close to her.

HISTORY:
Sparrow and her two littermates were apart of the first batch of kittens born to Tasha and Hawk, who were a loving couple despite their rough start. The pair's relationship started as a one-night stand which resulted in her pregnancy. She cared for Hawk, but the tom bolted as soon as she announced her pregnancy to him. Tasha, hurt by the tom's abandonment and still harboring some love for the other, named her three newborn kittens after birds, like the hawk their father was named for. The four lived alone in the city for a while, Tasha struggling to raise her three kittens all on her own. The trio can still remember many night where they had gone hungry because of Tasha's inability to find enough food to go around and fill their bellies. Luckily for the small family, though, Hawk was a gentleman. Despite not wanting the kittens, they were still his, and he wasn't going to leave Tasha to raise them on her own in the dangerous city. So the tom returned, and awkwardly tried to make his way back into his family. Finch was quick to accept their father's return, though Sparrow and her brother Eagle were a bit more hesitant. Hawk was patient and loving with them, though, and soon the other two kittens were willing to love him as well. Once she warmed up to the new presence of her father, Sparrow was as loving with him as she was the rest of her family, while her brother Eagle continued to be just a bit distant.
The family lived happily for quite some time, Tasha even becoming pregnant again. Sparrow and her siblings were excited for the new arrivals that were growing in their mother, but tragedy struck near the end of Tasha's pregnancy. Hawk was attacked and killed by a stray dog while he was defending their alleyway. Tasha was heartbroken once again, and when her new litter of kits was born, she once again named them after birds in honor of their father.
And so Sparrow’s four younger siblings were added to the family. While their older kits were distant near the beginning, the three still grieving their father's death, Finch eventually made the first effort to bond with his younger siblings, Sparrow and Eagle soon following. As the younger kittens grew, their personalities soon began to show, and Sparrow soon found a soft-spot in her heart for the shy little Wren, and made sure to spend extra time with the kitten whenever Eagle took Falcon out. Finch preferred to stay at home with Kestrel and Dove, who already had a divide forming between them and their other two littermates.
Soon, though, Eagle decided it was time to leave. He shared this idea with his two littermates, and while Sparrow was eager to leave with him, Finch was more hesitant and decided to stay behind. They shared a quick goodbye before Sparrow and Eagle left, on their own in the big city for the first time. They spent a few months together, but eventually Sparrow confessed that she was interested in the country, and Eagle encouraged her to go and experience it. So they parted ways, Sparrow leaving her brother in the city while she left to explore the compelling countryside.
Sparrow has made quite a few friends during her time alone, though none have stuck around to travel with her. She’s made her home in a small abandoned shack, though most of her time is spent exploring and meeting up with the friends she has made. She still makes sure to make time for her siblings and mother, often going to the city to meet up with her brother Eagle or spending a few days with her brother Finch in the country. She’s had a larder time keeping track of her younger littermates, though from what she’s gathered, Dove and Kestrel are safe in the city (Kes having a few bad habits), and Falcon and Wren were last seen in the wilderness. She hopes to someday meet up with everyone and have a big family reunion, though she knows it will be difficult to pitch this idea to her other siblings.
